My 15 yrs at ASB Showgrounds afforded  me vast experience in the multi discipline, that is Facilities Management. Building strong relationships with reputable and trusted Contractor Services was the cornerstone of my time with Auckland Pastoral and Industrial Shows Board. ASB Showgrounds, Epsom, Auckland.

My time at the Showgrounds also gave me a strong background in the Events and Exhibitions Business. Prior to this I spent many years in the Construction Industry. Starting out as a youngster and learning all aspects of construction. From digging footings by hand to framing timber homes. Residential through to Commercial. From a leading hand to eventually owning a small Bungalow restoration business. One of my core strengths is developing high performance teams from diverse backgrounds. I enjoy the positive outcomes that this challenge presents.

In 2021 I founded MTH Management Group. I recognised the need for a full -service management company, servicing small to medium businesses. Including individual clients who, for various reasons found dealing with contractors, a daunting prospect. I acknowledged their vulnerability. I grew tired of hearing about friends, family and colleagues simply being 'taken for a ride'.

Through strong leadership, relationships and project management, MTH Management Group is the link between their clients and the solution - with the end outcome of ' getting people into spaces'.
